Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as “Fitline”)
- The beneficiary of the service, hereinafter referred to as (the subscriber, subscribers, trainee, trainees).
- The subscriber acknowledges that Fitline is not a health center that provides nutritional therapy programs for nutritional problems, nor is it a center for treating sports injuries, and is not authorized to provide a medication plan for any of these.
The subscriber undertakes to pay the amount for the specified training package after the subscription request is accepted within a maximum of 5 working days. Fitline has the right to cancel the request in full and return the amount to the subscriber’s account if the subscriber breaches the terms and conditions without referring to him.
- Submitting an application to subscribe to Fitline packages is subject to factors reviewed by a specialized team. Your acceptance process may take up to 3 months in some cases, depending on the number of subscribers and waiting lists.
Fitline has the right to cancel a trainee’s subscription at any time without consulting him/her if it deems the trainee not committed to the training program and to return the full amount or the remaining portion thereof to the participant by dividing the amount paid in advance over the entire duration of the training class and paying the amount to the participant for the remaining days.
- Accepting to participate in a specific training package does not entitle the trainee to obtain a permanent commitment from Fitline to provide the training service on a permanent basis or to accept the renewal request each time for any reason.
- Training packages of sports exercises and healthy nutrition are based on scientific methods and accurate experiments in the field. Fitline disclaims any responsibility if the trainee does not disclose his health problems and this leads to some form of minor or moderate harm to the participant’s health.
Terms and Conditions Appendix.
The subscription is valid and the duration is calculated from the day specified for the subscriber (which will be notified in advance) regardless of whether the trainee communicates with the captain or receives exercise and nutrition programs or not.
The trainee is responsible for any delays, whether due to failure to communicate with the trainer or failure to express a desire to obtain the programs. It is the trainee's responsibility to communicate and update his information on the specified day, as previously notified.
- If the trainee delays expressing his desire to start the personal training programs, or fails to provide the trainer with the relevant information, his subscription will be considered valid regardless of whether he obtains the programs. The trainee will be provided with the personal training programs on the pre-specified day of the following week, and during this week he may only inquire and communicate directly with the trainer.
- Regarding the Fit+ package
The trainee is obligated to submit the results before 6 pm on the specified follow-up day.
- For the Fit+ package, if the trainee is late in submitting his results during his follow-up day, he will adhere to his program without any changes, until the follow-up day of the following week.
- For the Fit+ package, communication with trainer Saud is available only four times per month, once per week, during business hours and on the day previously specified for the trainee. This includes all inquiries and questions, including requests to change, add, or modify programs.
- For the Fit+ package, the trainee can communicate with the trainer on the day specified for him every week during the time from 4 pm to 7 pm.
- For the Fit package, the trainee receives a basic session with the trainer to determine training directions and goals, the content of the exercise
